  • Step 1: The Kolbe™ Index assessment. We start by having our candidates complete the Kolbe™ Index assessment. This assessment takes about 15 minutes to complete and consists of 36 questions. The questions are designed to measure the candidate’s natural strengths and talents and provide insights into how they are likely to perform in a particular job.
  • Step 2: Reviewing the results. Once the assessment is complete, we review the results with the candidate. We use the results to identify their natural strengths and talents, and we discuss how these strengths and talents can be applied in a job. We also discuss areas where the candidate may need to develop new skills or work on improving existing skills.
  • Step 3: Matching candidates with job opportunities. Based on the results of the Kolbe™ Index assessment, we match candidates with job opportunities that are a good fit for their natural strengths and talents. We work with our clients to identify the skills and qualities they are looking for in a candidate, and we use the results of the Kolbe Index to ensure that we find the right fit.
  • Step 4: Ongoing support. We provide ongoing support to our candidates to help them succeed in their job. We work with them to identify areas where they may need additional training or support, and we provide resources and guidance to help them improve their skills.
